Overview
The Technical Support Consultant with work with customers to repair day-to-day issues with their computers or network. Basic server knowledge will come in handy, but strong desktop support skills is crucial. A routine day will involve getting a printer to work, troubleshooting network connectivity, Microsoft Word and Excel questions and the like.
Candidates will be working directly with customers and will be expected to represent the company in a friendly, honest and patient way.
We need organized individuals that can follow a task to completion and take initiative when needed.
Requirements
1-2 Years Desktop Support
Telephone Support experience
Microsoft Certification a plus
Microsoft XP, Vista, 7 and Office experience
Valid Drivers License
Reliable Transportation
